Hot on the heels of their successful collaboration with CRN on the 73-metre Yalla and the Ocean Sport Series, Frank Laupman and Omega Architects now have a 62-metre five-decker in build at the yard. Even at first glance it is clear this latest addition is an OceanSport model as it has the signature profile of the series. That said, the 62-metre still has a strong personality all of its own. Otherwise, Omega’s now-iconic elegant aft arch and superstructure design provide plenty of protection against the elements as well as guaranteeing privacy on the aft-facing exterior decks. The new Omega 62 metre admirably combines the infinitely large (dimensions and performance) and the infinitely small (precious and connected details). Amenities include a superior beach club with a very well-equipped DJ booth. There is a handy high-low dining table on the flush foredeck too. The owner’s decks has a dual master suite layout that covers a massive 164 sqm, complete with his and hers dressing rooms, a private study and sumptuously-appointed bathroom. The new yacht will accommodate 12 guests and will also treat its crew to two luxury cabins.
