Azimut attends the Palm Beach International Boat Show with three premières

The world premiere of the Seadeck 6 Sundeck Version and the two American debuts of the Seadeck 7 and Fly 62 lead the Azimut lineup. Giorgio Sarti, in his new role as Azimut Americas Sales Manager, will welcome owners and enthusiasts at the stand.

Azimut returns to the Palm Beach Boat Show, scheduled from the 19th to the 23rd of March, presenting important novelties to the American public. Among these, Giorgio Sarti is officially introduced as the new Azimut Americas Sales Manager.

With a background in Engineering Management and broad experience spanning the nautical world and the automotive industry, Giorgio Sarti began his professional career in Azimut’s Supply Chain department in Italy. Subsequently, he expanded his international background by holding commercial development and customer management roles in the automotive sector in the United States. In 2020, he returned to Azimut, settling in Fort Lauderdale, where he contributed to the growth of the brand in the Americas. Today, in his new role, he will lead the expansion of the brand in the market, consolidating relationships with owners, dealers and strategic partners.

At the Palm Beach Boat Show, Azimut will present the world premiere of the Seadeck 6 Sundeck Version, alongside the American debut of the Seadeck 7 and Fly 62, as well as five other models from across the range.

Giorgio Sarti, Sales Manager for Azimut Americas, stated: “The Seadeck 6 is enjoying an exceptional reception in the Americas, with the first three units already delivered to owners. This enthusiasm proves the success of the Series and makes us look with great confidence to the debut of the Seadeck 7, which builds on our vision of a more conscious yachting. The Fly 62 is also capturing the market’s attention with a concept that has redefined the standards of the segment and its unprecedented versatility. We are receiving requests from potential owners from various areas: from the West Coast to the Great Lakes, all the way to the Catalina Islands, the Bahamas, Miami and Central America.”

Azimut is synonymous with research, design and continuous innovation, having the ability to interpret and meet the desires of a heterogeneous public with the widest range in the sector, divided into seven unique Series. In line with this philosophy, which places the owner and his lifestyle at the center of the navigation experience, the brand launches the Seadeck 6 – Sundeck Version, which elaborates on the model’s mission with a flybridge featuring a second helm station, designed for those who love open-air driving and want to experience the sea and the sky without borders.

The Seadeck 6 Sundeck Version offers the main elements of innovation of the Series, also present on board the Seadeck 7, which is making its debut in the Americas. The Fun Island, designed by Alberto Mancini, reinterprets the concept of the cockpit by transforming it into a terrace that extends to embrace the sea, eliminating every physical and symbolic barrier to offer a wellness experience based on a profound connection with nature. The conscious use of natural, recycled and recyclable materials reinforces this design vision, also expressed in the interiors designed by Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, which introduce a new language to the world of yachting.

The Seadeck Series represents the state of the art of sustainable innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions in every aspect of the project: in addition to advanced naval architecture, the Seadeck 6 is also available in a mild hybrid version, while the first unit of Seadeck 7 is the first yacht in the world to combine hybrid propulsion with the Volvo Penta IPS system, based on Volvo Penta’s revolutionary hybrid-electric technology. These technological innovations enable an attentive owner to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 40% over an average year of use.

The Fly 62 marks a turning point in the flybridge segment with the introduction of the Beach Cockpit, an innovation that redefines the way of experiencing the stern of the yacht. The transom opens outwards while the sofa lowers with a synchronous movement, eliminating any physical barrier and transforming the space into a large sunbathing area just a few steps from the water. The result is an experience of contact with the sea that is unprecedented for a yacht of this category. The exterior design, by Alberto Mancini, draws inspiration from the evolution of volumes in the automotive and SUV world, redefining the aesthetics of the segment with modern and essential lines. The interiors, designed by Fabio Fantolino, enhance the brightness and sense of openness, amplifying the experience of contact with the sea.

Closing the line up, the Verve 48, Magellano 60, Fly 72, Grande 26M and Magellano 30M are on exhibition to meet the tastes of Azimut’s diverse international owners.
