Victory Design is thrilled to announce that its Bolide 80, after no less than 5 nominations for the Boat International Design and Innovation Awards 2024 and winning as “Outstanding Exterior Design – Motor Yachts, 24m to 39.9m”, has collected successes once again, winning the prestigious award for “best propulsion” at the first edition of the Miglio Blu Design Awards.
This prestigious award was presented on the evening of Thursday, May 16, at an exclusive ceremony at the enchanting Villa Marigola in Lerici, as part of the Blue Design Summit held in La Spezia – May 15-17.
In the extremely competitive “Propulsion” category, Bolide 80 designed and built by Victory Design emerged as the winner.
The jury, composed of renowned journalists and industry experts, praised Bolide 80 for its uncompromising approach to speed and fun, all while maintaining sustainable performance in terms of liters per mile.
La Spezia’s Mayor, Pierluigi Peracchini, eloquently expressed the essence of the evening: “The Miglio Blu Awards, organized within the framework of the Blue Design Summit, provided a moment to honor the exceptional talents who have contributed to creating outstanding products and entrepreneurial projects in the nautical sector. The BOLIDE project, which combines efficiency and high speed without sacrificing state-of-the-art technology, is launching a new era in the fast boating and luxury sector. This award granted by MIGLIO BLU – Blue Design Summitand obtained ex aequo with Riva-perhaps the most prestigious brand in boating worldwide and a symbol of Made in Italy excellence-confirms the technical and entrepreneurial insight behind this new series of boats, a tribute to Italian Futurism.
